DAD'S DAY AT EE MSPU NAMED AFTER I.P. SHAMYAKIN

On 21 October 2024 at the EE “Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin” was held a series of events dedicated to the celebration of Dad’s Day. This event was a great opportunity to express gratitude to all men who bear the proud title of “Dad”. This day is a great occasion to remind about the importance of family and the fact that dads play a huge role in the life of every man, to say “Thank you” to dads for their work, for their tireless care.

Student Council of all departments and hostels actively spent this day. The photo contest “Fatherhood is a gift and a duty” was held at the Department of Preschool and Elementary Education. A master class on making greeting cards “To the favourite dad” was held by Physics and Engineering Department. The entertaining quiz “My protection and support – PAPA” was held with great interest at the Department of Physical Education. Philology Department prepared a video congratulation “Mum, Dad, I am a happy family”. Bouquets of wishes to parents “To the beloved, dear ones” were made at Technology and Biology Department.

Thematic newspapers and photo zones were decorated in the dormitories, festive tea parties and actions “It is cool to be a father”, “Call me, call me”, etc. were held

On this day congratulations and musical compositions sounded to the male half of the university staff.

Being a good father is the most responsible and necessary job in a man's life. To become an example for a son and a good wizard for a daughter. Only a dad can teach, tell, protect, explain and do all this with love and patience.
