"HEROES OF MY SMALL HOMELAND"

The Faculty of Physics and Engineering hosted an open curatorial hour on the topic "Heroes of my small Motherland", timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders. Under the guidance of a curator, Marina Efremova, the 2nd year students of the 1st group told the audience about the heroes of the cities of Mozyr, Stolin, Lyuban, Brest, Baranovichi and some others.
The theme of the war was revealed in poems, songs, and presentations about the participants of the war. The students managed to recreate the atmosphere of military everyday life of soldiers and show the value of peaceful days 80 years later.
Stories about the military exploits of fellow countrymen, about the courage of the Belarusian people introduce young people to the history of their native land and bring up a sense of patriotism in them.
