INFORMATION MEETING ON COUNTERACTING THE SPREAD OF FRAUD AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY EDUCATION

On 31 October 2024, within the framework of preventive measures to counteract the spread of fraud in the youth environment at the Department of Preschool and Elementary Education held an information meeting with representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs Mozyr District Executive Committee.

Frauds are constantly acquiring new and sophisticated forms on the Internet. And, unfortunately, there are always gullible citizens who suffer from the actions of attackers.

Valentin Alexandrovich Levkovich, an operative of the criminal investigation department of the criminal police of the Mozyr district executive committee, informed the students about modern threats on the Internet, the rules of safe behaviour on the net and important aspects of personal data protection. The officer emphasised the importance of responsible use of digital technologies, especially in the conditions of continuous growth of cyber threats, gave examples from the experience of his work and answered all the questions the students were interested in.
