Valery Nikolaevich Navnyko is a Rector of our university, made a welcoming speech to the participants and organizers of the conference. Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor, who emphasized in his speech the importance of the role of primary education teachers in the formation of the personality of each person, the formation of the foundations of spiritual and moral culture and value guidelines in society.

A video greeting to the participants of this event was also prepared by Olga Grigorievna Slivets, who is a Head of the Research Sector, Candidate of Philological Sciences, in which she noted the relevance of the issues of preserving traditions and creating prospects for the development of modern education for the peoples of Belarus and Russia.
