He received a commendation from the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus for his co-operation with the bodies and units of emergency situations in solving the tasks assigned to them, active civic position, as well as personal contribution in the difficult period for the republic.

A.S. Lukyanov, the first secretary of the Central Committee of the “BRYU” public association, called Alexander a timurovtsy during the meeting with the university activists. The guys worked on the territory of the city and district, removed branches, fallen trees, carried water to people and bought food with medicines to the elderly, pensioners and disabled.

‘It is a great honour for me to receive such a special award from the hands of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus himself. By showing by example, we saw how residents start to get involved and help their town and neighbourhood. Together we are a force and together we are ready to do a lot!’ - said Alexander Alexandrovich.
