One of the important aspects of the Komsomol organisation at all times has been the education of patriotism and loyalty to the ideals of communism. Young people learn to be citizens, ready to serve our country and work for its benefit.
University faculty and staff continue to participate in the international platform “Educational Dialogue: Our Common Future”.
On 25 October a webinar was held within the thematic area “Modern international and national strategies and development projects in the field of education of friendly states”. The speaker was Irina STAROVOYTOVA, Rector of the Academy of Education. The speech was devoted to the modern state educational policy in the Republic of Belarus.
In summer 2024 the Belarusian national qualifying stage of the VII International Scratch-Olympiad on Creative Programming took place. Physics and Engineering Department took part in this large-scale event for the first time.
The 2nd year student Berezin Georgiy, under the guidance of V.V. Davydovskaya, prepared a project and in the nomination “Scratch School” (age category up to 19 years old) took the first place among the participants of Gomel region!
We congratulate Georgy and his supervisor and wish him further success in the field of creative programming!
On the 2nd of October 2024 in the framework of preventive measures to counteract the spread of fraud in the youth environment at Philology Department held an information meeting with representatives of the Department of Internal Affairs of Mozyr District Executive Committee.
