WORKSHOP ON “CONFLICTS AND WAYS TO RESOLVE THEM”

On 2 December 2024 the Department of Psychology and Social Pedagogy held a workshop “Conflicts and ways of their resolution” for 2nd year students, speciality “Primary Education”. The curator of the group is Astashova A. N. The purpose of the seminar: to show possible ways out of conflict situations.
This event was prepared and conducted by the senior teacher of the Department of Psychology and Social Pedagogy Tsalko Lyudmila Vasilievna. During the seminar-workshop were used active forms of work, which were aimed at the formation of students' practical psychological knowledge and skills for constructive behaviour in conflict situations. During the meeting a favourable moral and psychological environment was created, which was disposing to a frank conversation, spiritual and emotional enrichment of each participant of the seminar. Free communication, psychologically comfortable creative atmosphere, high professional competence of the teachers present at the seminar - all this activated the activity of the seminar participants. The students were satisfied with the event.
