THE DAY OF UNITY

The Day of Unity between the Peoples of Belarus and Russia is celebrated annually on 2 April. It was on this day in 1996 that the presidents of the two states signed the agreement «On the formation of the Community of Russia and Belarus». The signing marked the beginning of the process of mutual integration of countries.

The exhibition dedicated to this event is shown in the reading room 1 (Aud. 311) from 23 March 20223 to 7 April 2023.

The exhibition presents publications that reflect the sequence of the processes construction of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in various spheres of the life activity of the state.

SCIENTIFIC FORUM AT THE FACULTY OF PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING

On 24th March,2023 at the Faculty of Physics and Engineering of the educational institution of “Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin” XI International scientific and practical conference was held “Innovative technologies of teaching physical and mathematical and vocational disciplines”

The problem field of the conference is relevant and multifaceted from learning technology in the institution of general secondary educational, secondary professional education, education at university level till modern problem in Physics, Math, IT, Engineering. Geography of the participants in the conference is vast. 215 participants took part in the conference from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Romania. The Permanent membership of the annual conference has been developing for these three years.

CAREER FAIR WAS HELD AT PHILOLOGY FACULTY

On January 14, 2023 Career fair was held at the premises of the educational establishment “Mozyr State Polytechnical College”. MSPU members presented such study programs as “Historical education”, “Modern foreign languages (English, German)”, “Philological education (Russian and Russian Literature. Foreign Language (English)”. 11 th form students from Secondary School № 7, №11, №13, №15 and Kozenky Secondary School joined MSPU career guidance program “Philology Faculty is our choice”.

DMITRY ALEYNIKOV VISITED MSPU NAMED AFTER I.P.SHAMYAKIN

On January 18, 2023 Dmitry Aleynikov, Deputy Chairman of Gomel Regional Executive Committee, visited MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin and talked to the teachers and students. Dmitry Aleynikov attended the exhibition at the Ethnographic museum of the Polessye region where he was informed about the milestones of the University. At the meeting Dmitry Aleynikov spoke about the University administration and the tasks they had to implement at the current moment. Much attention was paid to the teaching staff who would start their career at the educational establishments in Gomel Region and moral fibre of modern students. Felix Galyuck, Deputy Chairman of Mozyr District Executive Committee, accompanied Dmitry Aleynikov and participated in the meeting as well.

At the end of the meeting Dmitry Aleynikov pointed out that MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin trained highly qualified teaching staff who would start their career in the Polessye region; the education attainment met the requirements of modern educational realias.
