WORKSHOP “CAREER GUIDANCE: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES”

On December 11, 2019 workshop “career guidance: problems and perspectives” was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Elena Pavlechko, Chairman of Mozyr District Executive Committee, started the workshop and answered the questions about social and economic development in Mozyr. Sergey Gorbach, Head of the Department for Staff Management, said that this event was evaluated as an important activity for succession and talented young people support. Mikalai Lebedzeu, First Vice-Rector, introduced the participants of the workshop with the history of the university, development the strategy and answered to the questions. Natalia Sverzh, Head specialist of the Department for Staff Management, spoke about the main activities of the department she worked at. Then the talented students participated in the trainings: “Leadership Practices: Deontology approach”, “Conflicts in modern society”. At the end of the workshop all the participants visited Combine state farm “Zarya”, Gomel State Sport College, Mozyr Museum of Local Studies.
