On November 15, 2019 Ravil Ashrapov, Head teacher, Chair of Pedagogics and Psychology, Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, presented his lecture on “Psychology of elderly people” for MSPU master’s degree students and 3rd year students from the Department of Preschool and Elementary Education.
The following questions were discussed:
1 Youth. Adulthood. Maturity.
2. Periodization of adulthood.
3. Adult psychology.
4. Adult crises and personal development.
Ravil Ashrapov spoke about the personal development of adults, mature character and a multi-sided view when they solved problems. Adulthood was presented as a golden age when a person had power to develop his skills, achieve success and professional and personal goals.
At the end of the lecture the students performed a test and checked their knowledge. The students answered the questions of the lecturer, analyzed the material.
