INFORMATION MEETING WITH DAAD

MSPU students invited DAAD team to make a tour around Mozyr. MSPU students told about interesting facts and guided the quests around the historical places. After that Yan Peter-Abraham lectured on available academic programs and scholarships as well as possibilities for Belarusian students to conduct research at the premises of the Universities in Germany. Then MSPU students got a chance to pass Linguistic test “OnSet” and identify the level of linguistic competence. When the testing was completed, all the students got a chance to attend the concert of a German rock-band “Solche”. It is interesting to mention that the participants of the band (Holm Krieger, Michael Focken, Mario Krohn) are the teachers. The musicians prepared a great concert where everybody got a great satisfaction. After the concert Irina Kovalevich, Head of the Chair of Foreign languages and FLM, invited the guests from DAAD to a tea party. After the tea-party, Natalia Tochilo and Zhanna Grib, foreign language teachers, invited the guests to a workshop where MSPU students discussed the problems of education, possible cooperation and current difficulties young people in Germany and Belarus faced.
