INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH TO PRACTICE CONFERENCE AT PHYSICS AND ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

      Valery Naunyka, Rector of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin, welcomed the participants of the conference. The following reports were presented at the conference:

“Space challenges of Physics” by Anatoly Serdyukov (Professor ,Chair of Optics, Francisk Skorina Gomel State University, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus);

“Means and tools for software development in education” by Valery Taranchuk (Professor, Chair of Computerized Technologies and Systems, Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics, Belarusian State University);

“Future of polymeric materials in building industry” by Victor Shapovalov, Head of the department for composition materials and recirculation of polymeric materials (Bely Institute of Metall-Polymeric Systems at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus; Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor);

“Strategy planning of Higher education in the Polessye region” by Boris Polchevsky (Minsk City Institute of Education and Its Development, Professor of the Chair of IT in education, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor);

“Quest as a technique of interactive education” by Maxim Dubina, teacher of Physics at “Secondary School No. 15 in Fanipol”, Winner of the State contest of professional mastery “Teacher of the Year” (category “Physics, Astronomy, Mathematics, Informatics”) in 2017.

When the plenary meeting was over, all the participants were divided into 3 groups and worked according to their scientific directions:

1)Experience and perspectives of innovative teaching techniques in teaching of Physics and Mathematics;

2)Topical issues of research in Physics, Mathematics and Informatics;

3)Innovations in the systems of non-stop learning “Lyceum–College–University”.

The participants presented their reports and then a meaningful dialogue was conducted in the lecture room among the guests.

The representatives of the organizing committee are going to publish the proceedings of the conference with the aim to keep the results of XI International Research-to-Practice Conference «Innovative Teaching Techniques in Physics and Mathematics, Vocational and Mechanical Training».
