OPEN DIALOGUE “CONSTITUION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS”

Open dialogue “Constituion of the Republic of Belarus: for people and for the sake of our future” was held at the premises of EE MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. The following experts were invited: Valery Naunyka, Rector of the University, Victor Strukov, Assistant of the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Chairman of the trade committee, Sergey Schchur, Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Svetlana Matveeva, Head of Youth Office, Ludmila Gavrilovets, Chief of the Chair of History and Social Sciences, Yulia Melnik, Lawyer, Ilona Kolosovskaya, Secretary of Public Society “Belarusian State Youth Union”.

Valery Naunyka opened the ceremony and mentioned that this day was treated as a significant affair for the whole country; he also said that every citizen had to know the rights and obligations which were stated in this document.

MSPU 1st year students participated in the conversation and asked the questions to the experts. They were told about Constitutional order of the Republic of Belarus, development of constitutional law, other guarantees. Every participant was given a book of Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.
