ACADEMIC CONTEST IN RUSSIAN FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS

20-3      On February 19, 2019 academic contest in Russian for foreign students was held at the premises of Philology Department. The contest was devoted to the 75th anniversary of MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin. Tatsiana Chechko, Head of the Chair of Belarusian and Russian Philology, Sergey Kurash, Head of Russian Studies Center, Olga Dubodel, Head of the International Affairs Office, Elena Suzko, PhD in Philology, Associate Professor, Marina Loban, Head Teacher of the Chair of Belarusian and Russian Philology.

 

The contest was divided into 2 parts: 1) linguistic contest; 2) dramatic reading. 3rd year students from Turkmenistan participated in the contest (Shirin Orazberdieva, Novruz Muratdurdyyev, Yhlas Tatov) and 4th year students (Kerim Tahyrov, Elaman Ezizov, Nurgozel Allamuradova, Jumayeva Ayjeren, Jennet Novruzova) participated in the contest.

 

 

 

The following criteria were taken into consideration: literacy (Russian grammar), dramatic reading, creativity of thinking.

 

This academic contest was held at the premises of Russian Studies Center where the teachers and the students got a chance to get acquainted with the books donated by Russian Center of Science and Culture in Gomel.
