PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TALENTED STUDENTS

On December 20, 2018 administration of Center for Ideology conducted a workshop “Prospects for development of talented students” with the aim to support gifted MSPU students. Svetlana Matveeva, Head of Youth Department, Elena Kovaleva, Chairman of Student Research Society, Yulia Omeluzhenko, Deputy Head of Graduate Center, Vladimir Grinevsky, Layer, Victor Strukov, Chairman of Student Trade Commission, were the experts at the workshop who shared their experience with the students.
Support of talented students is at the top of the agenda in the Republic of Belarus, because property of the nation is determined by its creative potential. In that vein the experts and the students were informed about the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus on creation of a special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus to support talented students.
MSPU students got a chance to see a power-point presentation where former students – now teachers of MSPU were the members of Talented students bank.
At the end of the seminar Svetlana Matveeva summed up and said that young people are “gold reserve” of the Republic of Belarus, that’s why much attention must be paid to creation of comfortable environment which will influence on students’ further development and professional enhancement.
