UNIVERSITY SATURDAYS CAMPAIGN HELD AT TECHNOLOGY AND BIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

On March 17, 2018 University Saturdays Campaign was held at the premises of Technology and Biology Department. More than 70 upper classes pupils from Mozyr and Kalinkovichi got a lucky chance to visit Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin, attended master-classes in Chemistry and Biology Laboratories, did the sights and enjoyed MSPU art exhibition. The leading members of the academic staff conducted the tutorials where the guests took part in i.e. “Plasmolysis and displasmolysis” (L.A. Bukinevich, Head teacher, Chair of Biology and Ecology), “Qualitative and quantitative analysis of biological objects” (L.V. Starshikova, PhD, Chair of Education in Biology and Chemistry), “Solution of tasks on Genetics” (T.A.Lupolova, PhD, Chair of Biology and Ecology).
On March 12 – 17, 2018 E.V. Tihonova, PhD, and S.N. Gladky, Head teacher, Chair of Technological Education, were working as mentors with the Belarusian pupils who were getting prepared for the State Academic Contest in Design and Technology.
