International Wheelchair Paralympics

On October 17-18, 2015 VII International Wheelchair Paralympics were held in Mozyr. Participants from Minsk, Gomel, Vitebsk, Orsha, Bobryisk, Pinsk, Hoyniki, Mozyr, Bryansk (Russian Federation) took part in the contest. Table tennis, darts, rifle shooting were included into the competition programme.
Students of Technology Department (Speciality “Social Work (Social and Pedagogical Activity)”) worked as volunteers and rendered essential assistance. Student became acquainted with wheelchair-using athletes from Belarus and Russia .Collaboration of participants and their supporters could be regarded as an inviolable union.
We hope such a competition became a memorable event for athletes, volunteers and facilitators!
