It is important to keep in mind that a modern teacher should always upgrade his professional competence. A teacher should be oriented to professional growth, deep mastery in professional field and dissemination of knowledge and experience with colleagues and students. Thus, the contests of professional mastership should be a good practice for all creative teachers.

Marina Efremova, PhD in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor, and Snezhana Ignatovich, a Head Teacher, participated in the International Professional and Methodological Contest “A true purpose to be a teacher”.
