On December 09, 2015 Succession Pool Member Day was held at the premises of Educational Establishment “Belarussian Consumer's Co-Operation University of Trade and Economics”. Young people who were involved into the succession pool list of Gomel Region Executive Committee participated in the workshop.
Establishment of Education Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin is a leading educational and cultural center in the Belarussian Polessie. From year to year it enhances implementation of international cooperation agreements. 2014-2015 academic year was deemed to be fruitful and bumper for traineeship and gaining studentfellowships.
On December 03, 2015 students of Preschool and Elementary Education Department mounted a campaign "Students support handicapped children" at the premises of State Educational Establishment "Mozyr District Center of Correctional and Developing Education". Students gave various gifts for children.
On December 02, 2015 1st and 2nd year students of Physics and Engineering Department (majoring in “Computer Physics”) met Vasily Shepelevich, Doctor of Physics and Mathematics Sciences, Professor, Chief of Student Research Laboratory "Coherent Optics and Holography".
On December 02, 2015 Student Fest "Winter Rainbow" was held in the Regional Social and Cultural Center (Gomel). Team "Site" (Yan Kovalev, team captain, Philology Department) represented our university. Students performed under the motto “We are young! We are together!”
Out team showed how magnificent and marvelous they could sing and dance. A theatrical performance on student life, humor and intelligence enslaved the hearts of the viewers and the jury.
Team "Site" became a winner in the category “Will-to-Win Spirit”.
