GETTING ACQUAINTED WITH ECOLOGY HERITAGE

On February 08, 2017 MSPU students from Turkmenistan and MSPU attendees from Pakistan visited Ecology and Culture Center in Mozyr. The guests got acquainted with the XIX – XX cent. village life-style, Belarusian historical heritage (plenishing, pots), dolls created by local craftsmen and pictures made of sea-shells and birchbark.

MSPU students were extremely amazed by the exposition “We were born in the USSR” where various attributes of that time were presented.

SCIENTIFIC BRIEFING

On February 09, 2017 the leading scientists of Belarus met “Belaya Rus’” active members at the premises of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus. The main aim of the event was to demonstrate significant achievements of young Belarusian scientists.

MSPU delegation was represented by those students whose academic obtainments were the highest ones: Yana Klimovich, Tatsiana Lugovskaya, Vladislav Mitsura, Yulia Usova, Anna Shishova; group supervisor – Irina Karpovich, Head teacher, Chair of Practical Psychology and Defectology.

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION IN TURKMENISTAN

On February 07, 2017 MSPU students from Turkmenistan participated in an early voting campaign arranged by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus. It’s a great honour to claim that all students aged 18 and older casted their votes.

73rd MOZYR LIBERATION ANNIVERSARY

On January 11 – 13, 2017 73rd Festive Mozyr and Mozyr District Liberation from Anniversary Ceremony was held at Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin.

On January 11, 2017 student committee members and S. Shulga, a counselor, visited T. Ivanova, a Great Patriotic War veteran.

CONGRATULATIONS!

According to Order No. 210 of the President of the Republic of Belarus d/d 19.12.2016 and being a young talented scholar, Elena Ovsiuk, Chair of General Physics and Physics Teaching Methodology, Candidate of Physics and Mathematics Sciences, Docent, was granted The President of the Republic of Belarus’ Special Scholarship for 2017.

The scholarship was granted for introduction and further development of new mathematical techniques in Polarization Optics, Electrodynamics, Quantum Mechanics and Theory of Fundamental Particles with due account for Gravitational Interactions described by Non-Euclidean Geometry methods. The given results were presented in 3 monographs, Belarusian and foreign scientific journals. Their practical implications have been proved by 3 adoption deed acts on implementation into MSPU teaching and learning activities.
