On April 07, 2017 Universitywide campaign “Youth choses Health” was held within the framework of World Health Day; its main aim was to attract students’ attention to health safety.
On April 05, 2017 Festive event “Hour of Friendship” was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Students from Turkmenistan and Belarus participated in the event. Representatives of Mozyr District Executive Committee, Rector of the university, deans, heads of the departments and other staff members got a chance to enjoy the fest.
On March 30, 2017 “MUESLI” team (Preschool and Elementary Education Department) participated in University Agitators Team Contest and got a prize in the nomination “Best Stage Direction”. The contest was devoted to Health Promotion Campaign and helped students to develop their creative skills.
On March 30, 2017 MSPU students met representatives of Mozyr Internal Affairs Department. The guests focused much attention on military service and answered the questions regarding crime preventive measures and penalty system established in the Republic of Belarus.
On March 05, 2017 18th State Youth Karate Competition WKF “Polessie Cup” arranged within Gomel Region Karate Open Competition was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University. 140 young sportsmen from 12 sport clubs participated in the cup.
