1st year Philology Department students majoring in “History and Social sciences” participated in the XVI student seminar devoted to cooperation between religion and society at the modern stage of social development, development of methodological and methodic fundamentals of christian pedagogics in modern education.
On December 19, 2017 Christmas tree fest was held at the premises of MSPU named after I.P. Shamyakin. 3 student groups prepared a festive performance and a festive X-mas tree. Students who represented Student Dormitory No.1 got the 1st prize in the category “Father Frost - 2017”. Students who represented Student Dormitory No.2 got the 2nd prize in the category “The best X-mas tree”. Students who represented Student Dormitory No.3 got the 3rd prize in the category “The best performance”.

On December 08, 2017 regional workshop “Optimization for Methodology Service on Intellectual Contests Arrangement” was held at the premises of State Educational Establishment “Kalinkovichy Upper Secondary School”. Colleagues from Kalinkovichy Upper Secondary School and MSPU named after I.P.Shamyakin shared the experience in talented pupils’ and students’ training.
On December 15, 2017 Career fair 2017 was held at the premises of Mozyr Secondary School No. 7. The main peculiarities of the fair were that Technology and Biology students represented their future career by their own. This trick was positively treated by the pupils because of a small age gap and great trust between generations.
