FIRST STEPS TO PROFESSION

3rd year Philology students who majored in “Russian and Russian Literature” were undertaking an internship at the premises of Mozyr Secondary School No.1 and Mozyr Secondary School No.8; heads of the internship – Tatsiana Tatarinova and Irina Sudibor. The students were completely involved into the creative atmosphere of teaching at school and were eager to do their best to entertain the pupils while learning. Another essential part of the internship was the analysis of methodology mistakes and main achievements.

UNITY DAY

On April 02, 2018 the people of Belarus and Russia celebrate the unity day. On April 02, 1996 Alexander Lukashenko, the President of the Republic of Belarus, and Boris Eltsin, the President of Russian Federation, signed the agreement “About the creation of the unity between Russia and Belarus”. On April 1997, the agreement “About the unity of Belarus and Russia” was signed. On May 23, 1997 the Statute of the Union State was signed. In 1998 the two Presidents signed the declaration “About further unity development of Russia and Belarus”. On December 08, 1999 the agreement about the creation of the Unity State was signed. All the efforts stated above is the determination of the Presidents to unite the friendly nations but preserve national identity, distinctive character and sovereignty. Center for Ideology arrange a series of festive exhibitions devoted to the Unity Day of Russia and Belarus.

TEACHING PRACTICE

From February 19, 2017 till March 25, 2018 MSPU students who majored in “Belarusian Language and Belarusian Literature” did practical training at the premises of Secondary School No. 1 in Mozyr under the guidance of L. Mazurkevich, M. Shevchenko, E. Suzko. In accordance with the academic plan for the practice the students had to arrange 3 lessons in the Belarusian language and 2 lessons in the Belarusian literature as well as to complete the tasks in Pedagogics, Psychology and draft the documents. As the guides could claim Teaching practice – 2018 was well organized; either the students or the pupils got much satisfaction from the lessons.

DECIDE BETWEEN ALTERNATIVES

Drug аbuse is known to be a pressing issue in the modern society. The number of those who suffer from narcomania has increased up to 1,4 times since 2007 in the Republic of Belarus. At the beginning of 2018 there have been 8749 drug takers. In that vein much attention has been paid to preventive measures which would help young people to understand that narcotics has a destructive power.

Briefing with N. Shevko, an addiction psychiatrist, P. Gushlyak, Head of the Office for Drug Control and Anti-human-trafficking , V. Mosina, Head of Mozyr Drug Dependence Clinic, was arranged at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P. Shamyakin. Each of the guests lectured on specific features of their work devoted to antidrug efforts, administrative and criminal responsibility when breach of the law.

HEALTHY LIFE STYLE TODAY IS YOUR SUCCESS TOMORROW

On March 26 - 30, 2018 MSPU students-volunteers were participating in the state project “The way I live today is my health and success tomorrow!” On March 26, 2018 MSPU students attended a training “Gender-oriented upbringing in modern society”; the main objective of the training was to enhance and develop ideas concerning the issues of personal uniqueness, gender differences, creation of positive views when other people are treated. On March 27, 2018 informational training “Family and Values” was conducted at the premises of Mozyr Secondary School No.16. On March 28, 2017 workshop “Family values” was conducted at the premises of Mozyr Secondary School No. 13. On March 29, 2018 “Stop Drugs!” project was presented to the pupils from Secondary School No. 2 by MSPU students. We all believe that the attempts of MSPU students could allow forming positive attitude towards healthy life style and friendly relations with the mates.
