MSPU STUDENT RESEARCH TO PRACTICE CONFERENCE “FROM IDEA TO INNOVATION”: SECTION “PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND ASPECTS OF HEALTHY LIFE FORMATION”

On April 26, 2018 student research to practice conference “From idea to innovation” was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. Section “Physical education and aspects of healthy life formation” was beig held at Physical education department; head of the section – Vladimir Klinov, PhD in Pedagogics, Docent.

TEACHING PRACTICE

On April 02 – April 29, 2018 MSPU students who majored in “Physical Education. Special training” and “Physical Education. Health improvement, tourism and recreation activity” undertook a teaching practice at the premises of Mozyr secondary schools. Teaching practice allowed the students to get confirmed that the choice of the profession was a right one. The knowleadge they got during the practice was treated by students as valuable, because experience and skills were the most important things any professional had to possess.

ARM-WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP

On April 25, 2018 artm-wrestling championship was held in Mozyr. More than 80 participants who represented Belarusian Higher educational establishments took part in the contest.

Valery Dranets, Head teacher, Chair of Physical Education and Sport Disciplines, acted as a chief referee. Yury Doyniak, Head teacher, Chair of Physical Education and Sport Disciplines, acted as a chief secretary of the championship. Valery Dranets singled out that MSPU student team for arm-wrestling were the amateurs who got involved in this kind of sport with great interest.

Here is the list of the winners of the competition:

1^st place – S.Koval (76 kg);

2^nd place – K.Tsylko (76 kg);

2^nd place – L.Murashova (68 kg);

3^rd place – S.Sarichev (70 kg).

Doors Open Day

On April 28, 2018 Doors open day ceremony was held at the premises of Mozyr State Pedagogical University named after I.P.Shamyakin. School leavers from Mozyr, Mozyr District, Kalinkovichi, Bobruisk, Gomel, Zhlobin, Svetlogorsk, Elsk, Lelchitsy, Buda-Koshelevo, Rechitsa, Mogilev participated in the event.

Nikolay Lebedev, First Vice-Rector, opened the ceremony and welcomed the guests. Mr Vice-Rector pointed the attention on the value of Higher education today and told about the main achievements of the University.

On February 16, 2018 MSPU bachelor and master’s degree students participated in All Russian Student Science to Research Conference “Topical issues of Pedagogics as a modern science: perspectives of young researchers” at the premises of Arzamas branch of the National Research Center of N. I. Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.

The thematic field of the conference was diverse. It was devoted to the ways of professional motivation and its enhancement to the management of school business-companies.
